Downloadable Resources

On this page you will find downloadable resources to help you capture and structure data for PrOH Models. You will also find downloadable resources to help you draw PrOH Models.

SIPOC Table Template

This is an MS Word document which contains a structured SIPOC (supplier-input-person-output-customer) table that helps you combine multiple sources of data from different interviewees into a single table. This SIPOC table template helps to define who does what, what inputs are required and where they come from; also, what outputs are generated from each activity and what activity they go to next.

A SIPOC table can also be created for use by the PrOH Tool in an MS Excel file (saved as a .csv) which can be downloaded from the PrOH Tool page which can then be uploaded and read by the PrOH Tool to create the beginnings of the PrOH Model drawing – see the PrOH Tool page for more details.

It is up to you if you want to use the manual MS Word version of the SIPOC Table template or the automated MS Excel version found on the PrOH Tool page.

PrOH Model Drawing Palette

This is an MS PowerPoint file that contains all the essential elements for drawing a PrOH Model. Based on your data from your MS Word SIPOC Table this palette will help you draw a professional looking PrOH Model more quickly. These PrOH Model elements are for you to move around, replicate and add to so you can create and refine your own PrOH Model.

The basic beginnings of a PrOH Model drawing can also be created using the PrOH Tool downloads, as MS PowerPoint files, if you have created your SIPOC Table in the MS Excel version of the SIPOC Table found on the PrOH Tool page.

It is up to you if you want to use the manual drawing palette or the automated PrOH Tool to draw your PrOH Model.
