Rob Brighouse, Industrial Advisor and Chairman of New Homes Quality Board (NHQB)
Rob has decades of c-level management experience in large organisations in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia. He was Projects Director and MD of Chiltern Railways for 10+ years. He recently led a start-up, SNAP, which delivered online integrated journey planning. He is currently chair of NHQB and a Senior Independent Director on Network Rail’s Board. He is an alumnus, ex-chair of the Business School’s advisory board and holder of an honorary doctorate from Aston University. Rob chairs Christian Engineers in Development which delivers water and sanitation in developing countries. He has a passion for improving complex systemic organizational challenges.
